ANNANDALE, VIRGINIA · A BACKYARD APIARY WITH A LOT TO SHARE

ROOTED HERE. ALWAYS CURIOUS.

Raw honey.
From our hive to your table.

At the heart of Lolobee’s is a project I share with my son, Lolo: raising bees, bottling small-batch honey, and learning what it takes to build a small business together.

OUR HONEY

Raw honey,
season by season.

Every harvest tastes a little different, shaped by whatever’s blooming around our Annandale hives that week. Here’s what to expect from each one.

AUGUST HARVEST

Late-summer gold.

Rich, golden, and smooth, with a rounded sweetness and subtle herbal notes from the height of summer bloom — clover, wildflowers, and garden blooms across the neighborhood.

SEPTEMBER HARVEST

“Morning Dew.”

Darker and more complex, with hints of caramel and malt. In some years it carries a rare honeydew character — a specialty honey shaped by late-season conditions.

CREAMED HONEY

Smooth & spreadable.

Carefully crystallized and whipped to a velvety, spreadable texture — no dripping, no mess. Perfect for toast, biscuits, and cheese boards.
